About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Intern (HR Trainee) to join our team at Yee Seet Fear. This is a full-time role based in Ipoh Perak, where you will play a crucial part in supporting our Organisational Development initiatives. As an Intern in HR department, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of human resources and contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Supporting the onboarding and training of new employees
Participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping
Researching and staying up-to-date with HR trends, regulations, and employment laws
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related needs
Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

What we're looking for

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs
