Your new role As the Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, you will take charge of end-to-end warehouse operations and logistics management for your new organisation, ensuring seamless inventory movement and distribution efficiency. You will oversee the coordination between production teams, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and distribution centres to optimise stock flow and fulfilment accuracy. Your expertise will drive cost-effective logistics strategies, enhance warehouse productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality standards in food handling and storage. What you'll need to succeed

• Strong expertise in warehouse and logistics functions within the FMCG (Food & Beverage) manufacturing industries, cold chain management, and warehouse / logistics distribution.
• Extensive experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and third-party logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage temperature-sensitive stock, storage efficiency, and order fulfilment accuracy.
• Strategic planning for warehouse optimisation, stock replenishment, and distribution flow.
• Experience with SOP implementation, KPI tracking, and process automation in warehouse operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• People management skills.
• Mandarin proficiency.
