Project Analyst, Program Mgmt. Digital & Innovation (MY & Regional) Technology, Cards, Group CF[...]

This position requires someone with a strong business and IT analytical experience in Cards platforms who is able to support project management and deliverable These include the following

• Maintain and update detailed project plans, trackers, and RAID logs.
• Prepare project status reports
• Follow up on action items with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and minutes with clear documentation.
• Analyze project requirement, create JIRA stories, carry out testing execution / support.
• Assist in project documentation including BFRDs / JIRAs / FRDs, testing plans, and change requests.
• Monitor project milestones & ensure data integrity across tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach
• Manage projects deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO
