Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Requirement :

Minimum Degree in Accounting / finance and / or partial professional qualifications

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point

2 year of working experience as a finance executive

Ability to handle confidential information

Able to work independent with minimum supervision

Familiar with accounting system ,preferably Autocount Accounting / SQL

Job Responsibilities :

Oversees daily operational accounting & finance functions in accounts payable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.

Liaise with auditor, supplier & external parties when required

Preparation of full set of account

Ensure account documents are filed systematically for easy access and retrieval

Assist in hiring process

Must have Consolidation accounts experience of at least 1 year

Cash-flow Management

Handle ad-hoc assignments / other task assigned
