Prepare Operation Data Sheet (ODS) for the mechanical separator process.
Perform washing and Cleaning in Place (CIP) of the mechanical separator as instructed by management.
Patrol the mechanical separation area to check for piping leakages, oil return circulation, supernatant clarity at the sight glass, and abnormal sounds from the separator machine.
Operate and maintain the process control system, including PLC and HMI; perform washing tasks.
Fill out the Operation Daily Sheet and Patrol Report.
Monitor machine activities continuously via the HMI control system (Mesh Stripping) at the control room.
Conduct daily cleaning of the strainer.
Check and monitor the Plate Heat Exchanger to ensure proper flow (slow / fast) and monitor M‑Broth level.
