Job Overview :
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (English & Bahasa Melayu Speaker) to join our Malaysia support team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries and service support. Full training and 1-month accommodation are provided for outstation candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Work as part of a team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication.
Utilize basic computer systems and tools for handling cases.
Requirements :
Minimum 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certification.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.
Working Details :
Working Days : 6 days per week
Shift Pattern : 24-hour rotational shift
