Job Overview :

Internship Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supplier coordination, purchase order management, and procurement operations by myBurgerLab Sdn Bhd. As a Procurement Intern, you will assist in maintaining procurement records, conducting market research, and ensuring that purchasing activities comply with company policies. This internship offers the opportunity to individuals who are seeking to develop practical skills in supply chain management, vendor negotiation, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with creating and processing Purchase Orders (PO).
Communicate with vendors to request for quotes, follow up deliveries or clarify requirements.
Organize procurement related documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
Maintain procurement databases and update purchase logs.
Support inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement / Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type : Internship

Pay : RM1, RM1,200.00 per month

Work Location : In person
