Quality Assurance Engineer

Department : Quality

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance procedures in accordance with ISO standards and internal QMS (Quality Management System).
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical, electronic, and software-integrated components to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO audits, customer audits, and supplier quality assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure product quality throughout the design and manufacturing lifecycle.
• Create and maintain QA documentation, including inspection plans, test protocols, checklists, and quality reports.
• Analyze quality data and trends using tools like Pareto analysis, histograms, and control charts to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects aimed at reducing defects, improving yield, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and process efficiency; use data to propose and drive continuous improvements.
• Facilitate process mapping, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE) to identify potential failure points and optimize processes.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness across all departments by conducting regular training sessions, quality talks, and best practice sharing.
• Participate in suppliers valuation, audit, and reviews to ensure quality standards are embedded from the source of material.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, improve incoming part quality, and develop supplier quality agreements and scorecards.
• Assist in standardizing quality practices across production lines and shift teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Evaluate and propose new tools, technologies, or testing methods that can enhance quality assurance and reduce inspection time.
• Cultivate Quality Culture and Mindset across the whole organization.
