Job descriptionMonitor and manage in preparing and analysis during Pre Contract stage as follows : - Tender submission, build up costing, data collection, document study, enquire of quotation, measurement checking. Document checking, document filling and coordination of submission. Monitor and manage in preparing during the Post Contract stage as follows : - Procurement list and sample submission list, project sample submission, evaluation of Sub-Contractor / Supplier claims or bill verification and payment form preparation. Prepare project budget cost report, enquire supplier / Sub-Contractor's quotation, pricing comparison and compilation of database. Manage project cost, prepare Variation Order and monthly progress claim and certify status and update monthly claim and collection report. Prepare Project Final account documentation. Advice on procurement strategy, perform risk and value management and cost control. Provide advice on contractual claims and monitor quality and work process. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Language(s) : English, Bahasa and Mandarin both written and spoken. Able to work independently with high sense of urgency. Casual working environment. Senior Contracts Executive
Key Responsibilities : -
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contracts submission.
- Responsible for pre-contract and post contract activities.
- To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Conduct and monitor contractual obligation and project compliance in accordance to the clients and consultants' requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project cash flow.
- Handle progress payment and verify final certificate and payment to Sub-Contractor and supplier.
- Evaluate data for project cost estimate.
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by superior time to time
