Global Sustainability Lead Program Manager

As part of the Global Sustainability Team, you will help develop long-term strategies for carbon-free electricity adoption and assist with Sustainability execution planning, including network coordination and collaboration.

You will work closely with Global EHS, Global Procurement, Global and Site Facilities, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Manufacturing Central Team, and external agencies and consultants.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to :

• Develop a roadmap to evolve and execute Micron’s carbon-free electricity supply strategy, aligning with the long-term Sustainability strategy.
• Support long-term financial analysis for project decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sustainability, procurement, legal, tax, engineering, finance) to implement supply solutions.
• Develop and grow relationships with developers, regulators, and other stakeholders for long-term benefits.
• Monitor technical, market, and regulatory developments in renewable energy (primarily US and APAC) and report trends, risks, and impacts to management.
• Participate in regulatory processes and influence design of new clean energy supply solutions from utilities and other providers.
• Prepare executive reports and training on Micron’s carbon-free electricity performance and support inquiries on sustainability issues.
• Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; ensure data integrity and accuracy as internal auditor.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10–20%).
