Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (Hybrid - not required to be in the office everyday) Location : Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur Salary : Basic RM - RM + (Based on experience) + performance commission (monthly salary can up to RM 8 - 10K+) Job Responsibilities : - Conduct on-site research and planning at clients warehouses - Communicate with clients to understand and analyze system requirements - Provide online support and after-sales services - Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot system setups - Offer user training and system operation guidance Requirements : - Candidates with experience in Customer Service, ERP, WMS, or warehouse / logistics system implementation are preferred. (Fresh Graduates / no experience are also welcome to apply) #On-the-job training will be provided regardless of experience Languages : Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
