- Possess good customer centric skills. Ability to independently communicate and interact with customers and BH L2 on technical matters.
- Good understanding of organizational business operations and customers’ needs
- Possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills and truly passionate in the field of turbomachinery to self-drive his / her own development

Main Responsibilities
Provides early warning notification on detected anomaly and first cause analysis on trips and failed start-ups as per Scope of Supply from L2 BHDaily monitoring of the Monitoring & Diagnostic (M&D) fleet composed of aero-derivative and heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, electrical machines, gearboxes, auxiliaries and balance of plantParticipate, lead & share lesson learnt to relevant stakeholders to improve deliverables to customer and to the team membersLead RM&D level 1 team members development and sharing technical knowledge and experience with L1 team for their knowledge enhancementEngage with team members on monthly KPI metrics for way forward and improvementsAnalyze data and alerts generated by AM&D prognostic systemsAcknowledging alerts relevant to anomalies already notifiedPreparing Activity Log database's entry and notification for specific type of eventsChecking main equipment's parameters during run up / run down escalating to Level 2 for any anomalySending notification to Level 2 for approvalPreparing or updating issue database accordinglyEscalating alerts relevant to other event types to Level 2Support introduction of new analytics by checking alerts and trendsPre-analysis of Trip, Failed Start, Forced Normal Shutdown, Deceleration to minimum load, Step to Idle or Stage Down eventNavigate and interpret site-specific control software (e.g. MarkV / VI / VIe, Woodward / Micronet, Rx3i / GE Fanuc) and engineering documents (e.g. P&ID, Instrument List) to support technical analysesWork assigned weekends and holidays on a rotational basis (flexible compensation time received for weekend / holiday shifts)Ensure completeness and quality of M&D dataRemotely support testing and troubleshooting activities at site; case by case basis for travel to siteFocal person and lead RM&D level 1 and lead of the shift – Only for Senior roleLead alert prioritizing and task assignment especially during critical days – Only for Senior roleManage and ensure RM&D level 1 KPI as per scope of supply from L2 BH are met – Only for Senior roleSupport and guide L1 RM&D Engineers on daily front end customer issue’s – Only for Senior roleEnsuring meeting KPI as per Scope of Supply monthly basis to avoid from penaltyUrgency in attending to customer technical issues.
