Production & Process Executive

a) Responsible for process improvement of current production processes and manufacturing method to achieve better efficiency

b) Continual evaluation of manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency and product quality meets customer requirement

c) Responsible for developing and monitoring the machine and processes.

d) Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.

e) Assist in troubleshooting in the event of machine breakdown.

f) Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.

g) Provide manufacturing decision making information by calculating production, labour and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

h) Completion of documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols.

i) Responsible for company asset such as testing equipment assigned for the job, conduct testing, provide technical support for customer on issue related spacer.

j) Report writing which inclusive of data collection, interpretation and summarizing test result / findings on the testing.

k) Organize and meet the service levels expected for the movement of raw materials, WIP and finished goods with production on factory floor.

l) Conduct investigation on any stock variance issues and implement appropriate actions to improve stock accuracy.

m) Maintain the security, cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, other storage areas and open areas which are not used for production.

n) Assist in Production Head in supervising the Production department.
