Job descriptionGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Pitch products or services to potential clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to close deals Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver client solutions Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and market feedback Provide regular reports to management on business development progress Education : Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience : 1â5 years in sales, marketing, or business development (depending on seniority). Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Strong communication and negotiation skills Relationship-building and networking abilities Market research and analytical skills Goal-oriented, with strong sales and closing techniques Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Possess own transport and willing to Travel.
