Market Research & Analysis

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients
  • Research competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch products or services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to close deals
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver client solutions
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and market feedback
  • Provide regular reports to management on business development progress
  • Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1â5 years in sales, marketing, or business development (depending on seniority).
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented, with strong sales and closing techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Possess own transport and willing to Travel.
