Job description

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Diploma or associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to use procurement and inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of basic purchasing principles and financial documentation (e.g., PO, invoice, delivery order).
  • Knowledge of inventory or purchasing systems is an advantage.
  • Data entry and document handling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and issuing purchase orders.
  • Follow up on supplier deliveries and shipment schedules.
  • Maintain purchasing files and records.
  • Obtain and compare supplier quotes and pricing.
  • Input data into procurement or inventory systems.
  • Support inventory checks and stock level monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for purchasing needs.
  • Assist in resolving delivery or order issues.
