Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) : MS SQL Server and Visual Basic.NET. Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Engineering and Information Technology Retail
Duties & Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing and implementing applications as per business requirement.
- Providing maintenance support by investigating and rectifying the reported shortcomings.
- Maintaining computer systems and programming guidelines according to policies and procedures.
- Project management with users and vendors ensuring adherence of defined standards.
- Responsible in providing high level of operational availability and constant system improvement initiatives.
- Assisting reporting manager supervising team, application development and support resources.
- People management responsibilities includes staff motivation, training needs, career development, build and maintaining trust and respect.
- Leading in release planning for product support that includes upgrade strategies.
