Your Mission

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who thrives in dynamic environments – someone who loves building from the ground up, challenging the status quo, and turning data into strategic insight.

This is a pivotal time in The FEAST’s evolution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our next phase of international growth.

What You’ll Do

Oversee full‑spectr um financial management, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Drive business insights by analyzing financial data, market trends, and business performance to support strategic decision‑making.

Lead a team of 4 who shall assist in daily financial operations and reporting.

Manage quarterly and annual reconciliations, tax and regulatory compliance, and cash flow forecasting.

Partner closely with the BU Managers to identify risks and opportunities, and craft data‑driven strategies to meet growth targets.

Advise executive leadership and stakeholders on financial strategy, performance, and commercial implications.

Build, refine, and automate financial processes – from invoicing and collections to month‑end closing – to support scale and efficiency.

Support M&A, reorganization, and business integration efforts with strong BI and analytical inputs.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; experience in SaaS or tech‑driven industries strongly preferred.

10 years of financial experience , ideally in high‑growth or multi‑country environments.

Proven ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset – constantly improving systems, tools, and processes.

Bonus : Experience with financial modeling and SaaS business metrics.
