Overview
We’re looking for a bold, entrepreneurial Country Manager to spearhead commercial expansion for our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a market from the ground up—crafting strategy, opening doors, and driving adoption in a competitive and fast-evolving space.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute country-level sales strategy for TAVI products
- Identify and engage hospitals, physicians, and decision-makers in structural heart therapy
- Build and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and procurement teams
- Collaborate with global marketing and clinical teams to support education, events, and procedural excellence
- Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform regional strategy
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Who You Are
