The Financial Analyst will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Analyse key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor budget variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvements.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.1-3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (internships considered).Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling) and PowerPoint.Exposure to ERP or reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or equivalent) is an advantage.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.Benefits
