- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
Quality Control and Assurance
Maintain proper documentation for quality assurance audits and certifications.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, OSHA, GMP, or other industry-specific requirements).R&D and Continuous Improvement
Identify and evaluate new technologies, automation tools, and best practices for warehouse optimization.Conduct research on industry trends, innovations, and competitor strategies to improve warehouse performance.What we're looking for
Education : Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience in warehouse operations, process improvement, Warehouse ManagementTechnical Skills : Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.Problem-Solving : Strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions.Communication & Leadership : Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills to drive change and innovation.Knowledge in setting up / management of ERP.Knowledge in setting up / management of WMS.Excellent leadership, people management and team-building skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis toolsTertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is highly desirableWhat we offer
