Job Responsibilities

Business & Solution Support

Collaborate with Product Owners / Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.

Technical & System Analysis

Perform system analysis to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Solution Development & Automation (Hands-On)

Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to streamline operational and business processes.

Data & Reporting

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with vendors on CR / project progress, testing, and deployment schedules.

Project & Budget Administration

Support in annual operating plan (AOP) tracking, CR budgeting, and project pipeline reporting.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Develop working knowledge in core business systems such as CRM, Billing, and Digital Platforms.

About You

Preferred Skills & Experience

Power Platform Development

Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud / Desktop), PowerApps, and basic Power BI reporting.

JIRA Administration

Experience in configuring workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and custom issue types in JIRA.

System & Application Knowledge

Exposure to CRM, billing, or eCommerce systems and understanding of system integration concepts.

Programming & Scripting

Medium proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL).

Data & BI

Familiar with data visualization and transformation using Power BI or similar tools.

Vendor & Project Support

Experience supporting vendor deliverables, project tracking, and documentation.
