Main Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation
• Strong experience with cold calling and prospecting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Able to adapt messaging to different customer profiles and needs
