Job Duties :
- IT Administration of accounts and License Provisioning of various MSP Platforms
- Customer Service of Maintenance customers, including attending support call, ticket creation, ticket assignment, service request handling
- Support for MSP Customer
- Handle resource scheduling
- Handle RMA
- Monitoring system onboarding
- Monthly / Quarterly / On demand Reporting
- Handle Contract Generation Requests, Contract Validation, Endorsement, and Delivery
- Contract Renewal Status Monitoring
Requirement :
Diploma or IT related course is acceptable and equivalent to at least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, on the telephone, and in writing.Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills.Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision.Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practices.Job Type : Permanent
