Job Description

Job Summary

• Respond to calls for emergency medical assistance, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or bandaging a wound. Assess a patient\'s condition and determine a course of treatment. Provide first - aid treatment or life support care to sick or injured patients.
• Able to work with multiple departments by performing On Job training related to First Aid treatment & other emergency procedure related to scope of medical at the workplace. Able to work in high pace environment and equip with professionalism

Qualifications

Applicants should ideally hold a Diploma in Nursing complemented by a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) issued by the Nursing Board, reflecting the necessary clinical competence and regulatory compliance.

Additional certifications in emergency medical response, Basic Life Support (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are highly advantageous and will support superior performance in this role.

Experience within a fast-paced healthcare or hospitality setting will be beneficial, providing familiarity with high-pressure environments and a strong foundation in patient care protocols.

The ideal candidate exhibits a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to upholding best practices in emergency medical services and workplace health and safety.

Skills & Abilities

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

The role requires a minimum of three years of practical experience in medical fields, preferably with significant exposure to fast-paced environments such as hospitality or service sectors.

Experience in emergency medical response or paramedic duties within similar workplace settings is highly preferred, as it equips candidates with the resilience and technical skills necessary for effective performance.

Demonstrated history of contributing to workplace health and safety initiatives and delivering training or educational programs related to first aid or emergency care will be considered an asset.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and remaining current with medical and safety guidelines relevant to the role is essential for sustained success and advancement within the company.
