Job Title : Finance Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Revenue Recognition (Point-in-time and Overtime) processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Perform qualitative analysis of trade AR balances , leading to the posting of allowances for doubtful accounts (Bad Debt Reserve).
- Carry out Accounts Payable Assurance processes (Other Liabilities / CSR / GRIR) to ensure accurate and timely entries.
- Review Other Assets (OA) processes, maintaining deposit and prepayment trackers for validity and accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOX, US GAAP, and internal control standards .
- Support change management initiatives aligned with Baker Hughes’ financial strategies.
- Prepare, review, and approve account reconciliations in Blackline .
- Participate in process simplification and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
