The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented, results-oriented Finance Manager to join the Agoda finance team. You will have :

A front row seat on key Agoda strategic initiatives
Opportunity to drive implementation of those key initiatives with a Finance lens
Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across IT, Product, Legal, Business teams, Marketing, Customer Services and more
Leverage organizational skills combined with subject matter expertise to make an impact
Drive process integration and automation : lead initiatives to streamline and integrate financial processes across teams, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals

Responsibilities

Project manage and implement various company-wide strategic initiatives

Evaluate implications of new initiatives across finance functions (accounting, tax, operations, treasury, commercial, financial systems, risk & control) and systems

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes and workflows, and make trade-off decisions with shifting priorities

Ensure constant communication and calibration between project teams and other stakeholders

Represent finance in cross-functional forums to influence product and business roadmaps with Finance requirements

Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones by coordinating workstreams, identifying risks, and proposing mitigations

Assist with UAT testing

Ensure smooth go-live and prompt resolution of post-launch issues

What you’ll Need to Succeed

5+ years of project management experience, preferably Finance Project related

Ideally some tech industry / e-commerce background, finance operations and business analysis experience

Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence people

Process integration expertise : experience leading transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Undergraduate degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related); professional accounting qualifications acceptable

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, high-intensity environment

Comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation in a high-velocity environment

Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills, with change management capability

Attention to detail, self-motivation with a continuous improvement mindset, and learning agility

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills

High dependability with urgency and results-orientation; strong business acumen

Nice to Have

Experience with finance tools and processes, some accounting and reporting know-how

Experience working closely with Product and IT

Experience in cross-functional finance teams (accounting, operations, treasury, FP&A, financial systems)
