Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement business operational excellence strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Lead change management for lean manufacturing initiatives, communicating the need for change and driving adoption.
Facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and lower costs.
Define KPIs, build data‑driven dashboards, and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to align industrial operations with overall business objectives.
Identify and benchmark emerging technologies and best practices, recommending advanced manufacturing and digital solutions.
Develop and deliver training on operational excellence methodologies, tools, and techniques to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and manage budgets, identify cost‑saving initiatives, and drive efficiency measures to meet financial targets.

Knowledge and Skills – Required

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial or equivalent.

Specialization in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.

Proficiency in driving performance improvement initiatives and utilizing data analytics tools.

Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
