Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business operational excellence strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Lead change management for lean manufacturing initiatives, communicating the need for change and driving adoption.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and lower costs.
  • Define KPIs, build data‑driven dashboards, and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to align industrial operations with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and benchmark emerging technologies and best practices, recommending advanced manufacturing and digital solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training on operational excellence methodologies, tools, and techniques to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets, identify cost‑saving initiatives, and drive efficiency measures to meet financial targets.

Knowledge and Skills – Required

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial or equivalent.
  • Specialization in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in driving performance improvement initiatives and utilizing data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
