They are seeking for a Sales Executive, to generate and close sales opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.The role also requires meeting sales targets, tracking performance, and reporting results to management.
Job Description :
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales , with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and medical industry insights.Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive product presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing client accounts and reporting.Analytical mindset to track and interpret sales performance, medical market trends, and competitor activities.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, medical conferences.Self-motivated, results-driven , and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
