Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement warehouse operations systems and processes.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.
• Ensure the release of the materials according to the FIFO method.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage the physical layout of the warehouse to optimize space and improve efficiency.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and monitor performance.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment through effective team management.
• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to quality standards, compliant with safety and health legislation, FSSC 22000, GMP, HALAL and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain and implement reporting, documentation, and notifications as specifically required by customers / legal authorities.
• Any other task assigned by management.
