Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities
Operations (Training Administration) :
Handle course submissions and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g., BOVEAP, HRD Corp, CIDB).Manage end-to-end HRD Corp course processes.Coordinate pre- and post-training activities including participant reminders, attendance lists, and certificates.Draft and prepare official correspondence to government bodies when required.Accounts (Basic Finance) :
Perform daily account data entries, particularly on expenses.Prepare and issue payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts using AutoCount accounting software.Generate training quotations for HRD Corp claims.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records.Benefits
