Internship QC EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities -Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product. -Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system. -To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects. -To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents. -Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System. -To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation. -Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP. -Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance. -Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent. -Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry. -Required Experience : Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit. -Knowledge in GMP and HACCP.  -Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. -Able to work independently.
