About the role
- Accountable for customer quality expectation TOGETHER with site and stream structure. The Quality (stream) leader works together with the Upstream and Downstream leaders to ensure that all of the organization’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant Regulations, licenses, and certifications. Is responsible for improving the reliability and the quality of our products by developing and updating the quality assurance system. Furthermore, this position is responsible for the assurances that products manufactured by the company meet the norms and specifications of our clients and are at a higher level of quality and reliability
Key responsibilities include
Day-by-day follow-up of quality of the product flowEnsure optimal FTQ in the stream.PDCA-execution on complaints, GMP and audits.8step ambassador.Monitor product quality related parameters & update all the necessary data to present the performance indicators to all interested parties.Train and coach, the stream in HACCP, FTQ, product specifications.Participate in and support the operation of continued improvement projects.About you
Bachelor / Degree in Food Science / Engineering or degree in technical education6+ years of practical experience in Quality Assurance and in an HACCP environment in a FMCG organization (good understanding of customer related specifications)2+ years of leadership experienceKnowledgeable in MS Office SuiteEnglish – FluentKnowledge or specific business understanding.
