Job descriptionLead and manage day‑to‑day production operations to meet targets and deadlines. Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO, and all safety requirements. Monitor and improve production efficiency, machine performance and manpower productivity. Collaborate closely with all department teams to ensure seamless workflow. Troubleshoot operational or machinery issues and provide effective technical solutions to reduce downtime. Support equipment selection, installation, testing, and commissioning for new lines or upgrades. Analyze production performance data to reduce costs, minimize waste and optimize processes. Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to achieve high performance and discipline. Review and verify batch manufacturing records and ensure proper documentation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence. Present production reports, challenges, and improvement plans to the Directors. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. At least 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment setup and maintenance processes. Familiar with GMP, ISO 9001 and regulatory standards. Skilled in production planning tools and data‑driven analysis. Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented in managing operations.
