Job Description
Assist in data entry, prepare records, filing and other general clerical duties.
Maintain accuracy and housekeeping of data entries.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Customer service responsibilities such as following up with customers according to their request and reporting the estimate delivery dates to them.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints.
Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.
Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
