We, SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. , are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Freelance Logistics Admin to support our logistics team in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer and logistics data
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while following internal SOPs
  • Assist in tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries, and preparing reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification : Diploma in any field
  • Strong proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy with good command of Microsoft Office and computer operations
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure

  • Freelance, 5 working days per week (on-site)
  • May involve rotational shifts
  • Compensation

  • Monthly Salary : RM1500 (freelance basis)
  • Birthday Leave, Annual Leave (where applicable)
