Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Quantum Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd (QRE) is a subsidiary of the AME Group of Companies. We are a leading solar turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) service provider based in Johor, Malaysia.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive who’s ready to lead growth initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and champion sustainable solar solutions that make a lasting impact.

What You Will Do

• Assist manager on the sales target, strategies, and business plan.
• Explore, identify, and evaluate new markets for solar business through digital marketing, exhibitions, and other initiatives.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending public events such as the FFM platform.
• Generate sales revenue to achieve targets set by Management.
• Schedule business meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential customers.
• Handle all sales inquiries, follow up, and provide necessary customer service.
• Provide customers with information such as warranties, credits, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.
• Coordinate with project team to conduct site visits and develop PV system design that fulfills client requirements.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous growth.
• Support authority documentation, submission, liaison, and approval process.
• Execute ad‑hoc jobs assigned by Management.
