Accounting Administrator

Emapta Global Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Employment type : Full-time Job Overview : As an Accounting Administrator, you will manage client databases, prepare invoices, handle compliance tasks, and provide administrative support across accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Maintain MYOB and Xero client database Liaise with Directors, Accountants, and ATO Type letters and reports as required Prepare and issue invoices, billings, and disbursements Use ATO and ABR Portal for lodgments and queries Collate client EOY jobs Liaise with ASIC for business name registration, updates, and cancellations Set up and update Company, Trust, and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund structures Perform other duties as reasonably directed by the manager Manage client off-boarding Health, Safety, and Environment

Demonstrate consistent and visible support for Armada's Vision and Values Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with team members Set goals through performance and development discussions and deliver on agreed plans Identify and implement process improvements within scope of role or as directed Comply with all Armada policies and procedures Qualifications

The Qualifications We Seek 1-2 years of relevant prior experience Prior experience using MYOB AE (Accountants Enterprise) and Xero Prior experience using the ATO Portal Background in administration within an accounting environment Proficiency in Word and Excel for creating and formatting content Experience with ASIC Company Secretarial requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving skills and time management Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels Personal Qualities Friendly, professional, flexible, and reliable Proactive and detail-oriented Good judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately Your Daily Tasks
