Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Mandarin-speaking) WORK FROM HOME. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through email, live chat, and phone calls. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and call in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers. Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism. Document customer interactions and update records in the system. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary. Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets and service level agreements. Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude at all times. Qualifications

Proficiency in

Mandarin

(spoken and written) and

English . Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Flexibility to work on

rotational shifts , including weekends and public holidays. Willing to work night shift What We Offer
