Job Summary :

The Service Assistant supports the service team by ensuring guests receive prompt, polite, and professional service. This role involves setting up tables, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet guests warmly and assist in seating them when required.
Assist servers in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Refill water glasses, condiments, and other table items as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inform the service team when needed.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Support other team members during busy service periods.

Requirements :

Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented attitude.

Basic understanding of food and beverage service is a plus.

Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Good personal hygiene and grooming.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
