We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Department for our Grocery & Fresh division at Star Market - Green Wood Sepang' in Sepang, Selangor. As the Head of Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and strategic direction of our Grocery & Fresh offering. This is a full‑time position based in our Sepang store.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle ordering of stock for Grocery & Fresh departments
• Monitor staff performance and daily operations
• Check and record stock in / out movement
• Maintain product display and arrangement according to company standards
• Check expiry dates and ensure product freshness
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the department area
