  • Responsibilities

    As an Account, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.   • Key Responsibilities :
  • Full Set of Accounts Management : Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G / L) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accounting Systems Proficiency : Utilize and manage two accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient processing.
  • Financial Reconciliation and Analysis : Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, perform detailed monthly financial analysis, and manage daily check issuance and collections.
  • Management Reporting : Prepare and submit timely and accurate management reports according to established deadlines, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Ageing Report Management : Maintain and update monthly ageing reports, ensuring accurate tracking of outstanding receivables and payables.
  • Operational Accounting Support : Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including meticulous record-keeping and filing systems.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments : Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Team Collaboration : Provide assistance to superiors as needed, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
