Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the product development process within the planning section to ensure timely design delivery within budget.
• Ensure architectural, interior design (ID), and landscape elements are consistent and harmonized across projects.
• Conduct product mix, massing, and feasibility studies for potential land developments.
• Translate the latest design trends into creative and marketable solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants (engineers, ID, landscape architects, etc.) and conduct design workshops.
• Review and ensure high accuracy in design detailing to avoid costly revisions.
• Conduct site audits to ensure alignment with intended design vision.
