What will you be doing?
Preparing and updating customer and contract documents
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Helping to schedule and coordinate site visits and technician plans
Supporting tender preparation and organizing paperwork
Assisting with customer follow-ups and internal communications
Helping generate simple reports and track inspection outcomes
Are you the one?
A diploma / degree student or recent graduate in Business Admin, Management, or related field
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A good communicator and team player
