Job descriptionOversee day-to-day store operation Achieve operation objectives Driving KPI's & profitability Work closely with area managers and frontline employees Coach sales team in driving the business People management & development Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies Implement strategic marketing plans Conduct regular store visits to review operations, staff performance, and customer service. Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management. role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
- Have a passion for retail and be able to engage with the Retail team on the ground.
- Independent worker and a self-motivator.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
