Job Summary

You will lead highly motivated teams of OPMS product and BI Data modern cloud platforms. As lead of OPMS DevOps team you will be responsible for the delivery of product roadmap releases and operational excellence. You will lead team of BI data platform architect responsible for delivery of platform roadmap milestones.

Responsibilities :

Contribute to the adherence to our methodological (agile) guidelines and develop the delivery planning and its implementation.
Assist stakeholders in planning and implementing their backlog and keep an eye on the product roadmap.
Do capacity planning of resources and proactively manage the gaps & surplus effectively.
Actively support the team in removing obstacles.
Strive for achieving service quality in line with departmental KPIs.
Support the growth of talents by inspiring their career path and helping to execute their development plans.

Requirements

We are looking for :

Servant leadership mentality

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical problem-solving skills

Experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodology

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
