Software Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Director (Delivery Lead) to drive the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences.

Position Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to AEM developers, as well as front-end, back-end and other full stack engineers.

Define best practices and enforce coding standards.

Project Delivery :

Collaborate with product owners, UX / UI designers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

Platform Expertise :

Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.

Preferably experience with AEM cloud environment, Cloud manager and other Adobe MarTech solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
