Position : Test Lead

Location : Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)

Type : 6-Month Subcontract | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience : 7-10 years

Salary : Open — commensurate with relevant years of experience

About the Role :

We're seeking an experienced Test Lead to define QA strategy and drive testing across multiple insurance markets. This is a leadership role that combines strategy, client engagement, and hands-on testing.

What You'll Do :

Define and manage QA strategy across sprints and releases.
Align test coverage with key business workflows and compliance needs.
Coordinate with product owners and offshore teams on test design.
Drive regression testing and support automation readiness.
Manage test data and production alignment across five markets.
Lead defect triage, UAT support, and production readiness.
Run daily sync calls, escalate issues, and keep sprints on track.

What We're Looking For :

7-10 years of QA experience, including team leadership.

Strong manual testing skills and insurance domain expertise.

Experience working with clients and managing offshore teams.

Familiarity with automation and regression planning.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
