We are expanding our operations in Malaysia and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry, particularly in data annotation, content moderation, or customer service. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing projects in these sectors, with a preference for those who have worked in leading BPO companies. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite team (approximately 40 members) and coordinate with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope as per requirement.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project costs by working closely with operations and HR teams.
