Key responsibilities for this role include the following :

Responsibilities

• To practice proper Appearance, Wording and Manner whenever on duty
• To welcome customer and listen to their concern
• To practice Cashier’s 5-Step consistently
• To solve problems at checkout counter with efficiency. (inquiries, void item, cancel sale, post void etc)
• Customer Satisfaction respond positively and professionally to Customer’s questions, queries, feedback or request.
• Organization Efficiency to play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
• Control the merchandise flow according to cashier’s procedures.
• Ensure proper usage of all Company’s asset
• Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standard at cash register
• To report to immediate superior of any faulty a or damaged asset
• Employee training and Development to participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct
• To participate in any training activities being assigned to
• Financial Performance Protect all information pertaining to Financial statements and data
