A leading and fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager with strong experience in Assembly Process Engineering to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets and grow account pipelines
- Manage key accounts and lead commercial discussions
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals
- Support RFPs, NDAs, and customer-specific requirements
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders
- Handle technical, sales, and logistics inquiries
- Monitor customer developments and align internal strategies accordingly
- Present technical and commercial information across all organizational levels
- Represent the company at technical events and roadshows
- Expand existing business and identify new opportunities to support long-term growth targets
Skills & Experience Required :
Degree in Engineering or related fieldSolid experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, or final testStrong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsFamiliarity with customer engagement, market trends, and business development strategiesWillingness to travel and coordinate with cross-functional, regional teams
